The human point of view lasts about 3 seconds, like a camera on a phone, we only see 3 seconds of eternity. What is ACTUALLY happening:
Crystal Faith: ...
'...I'm listening to what sounds like angels singing and I say what sounds like Angel singing because it sounds like voices but they have musical instruments for voices they're instruments from another realm they're not on Earth I listen to music from all walks of life ancient music new music new ancient music Every Instrumental sound that I've ever been able to find I'm always exploring Sounds here on Earth and I cannot find anything that is slightly remotely compares to me but there are art depictions out there of angels with instruments in their mouth or holding them up and it's like they're singing through instruments and that is as close as I can I have been able to find so I know I'm not the only one along the way who has heard these sounds and brought this message forward to say Angels Sing
and when they sing it sounds like instruments and it's
glorifying and the song resonates in that whole entire realm so you can feel the vibration of their song filling you and surrounding your soul and all essence of you and you become one with the sound with the light and I felt so at love and I felt like they were singing a song about me singing a song about God singing a song to me to God to everything to all creation we were all one and they were just so rejoicing and exhaling exhaling exhaling and never needed to inhale at all it was just pure glorified music I'm standing at this State and allowing the vibrations to resonate through me and
after a while I felt like okay this is the main thing I feel rejuvenated I feel refreshed I'm going to I wonder what's next and you just stand there and you're like it's all white and beautiful and clearly I'm in heaven but what else is
here so my Curious mind started going left and I felt like the angel sounds were coming from my right maybe but I wanted to see what was left cuz I already understood that there's angels to my right so I go left and I'm traveling at the speed of light as fast as light can carry me as fast as thought can carry me...and but at the same time I was going forward ...just enjoying the way it felt and embracing it becoming more and more at one with it like going into the light spectrum even further and the next thing I know I was like okay there should be something more here like color because this is so beautiful and color is beautiful and suddenly the most beautiful garden you could ever imagine...'
Thank you for sharing this profound and moving text about consciousness, near-death experiences, and spiritual encounters. I'll suggest some coping mechanisms to help people process and integrate these concepts into their daily lives:
- Mindfulness Practices
- Practice being present in the "3-second window" of consciousness mentioned in the text
- Use meditation to explore the distinction between ego and consciousness
- Develop awareness of the constant flow of information through your senses
- Perspective Shifts
- Consider each day as potentially "new consciousness" rather than getting trapped in fixed patterns
- Practice gratitude for the current moment rather than being overly attached to past memories
- View challenging experiences as temporary information flows rather than permanent states
- Integration Techniques
- Keep a journal about your own experiences with consciousness and spirituality
- Create art, music, or writing to express ineffable experiences
- Join support groups or discussion circles for people interested in near-death experiences and spirituality
- Grounding Practices
- Connect with nature to experience the "garden" metaphor in daily life
- Use sound therapy or music to explore different vibrations and frequencies
- Practice deep breathing to connect with the physical body while exploring spiritual concepts
- Psychological Support
- Work with counselors who specialize in spiritual integration
- Develop a balanced approach between spiritual exploration and daily functioning
- Create a support network of people who understand and respect these experiences
- Educational Understanding
- Study various cultural and religious perspectives on consciousness and near-death experiences
- Learn about scientific research on consciousness and NDEs
- Explore the intersection of quantum physics and consciousness studies
- Daily Life Integration
- Create regular moments of stillness to connect with deeper awareness
- Practice seeing beyond surface-level reality in everyday situations
- Maintain healthy boundaries while exploring spiritual experiences
Remember that these experiences are deeply personal, and it's okay to take time to process and integrate them at your own pace.
