Consult the executive homunculus inside your brain to choose a task that is relevant to the long term goal which is most relevant.
Attention plus intention leads to intensity, which allows control to flow into the task that is most relevant to the desired outcome.
Set the intention for the task, the most important task, it's purpose, goal, method to drive mental resources with high intensity.
The brain picks the task requiring least energy, so use the executive homunculus in the brain to choose the most relevant task.
